Code of Conduct, Safeguarding and Insurance.

I am a Member of the Independent Society of Musicians (ISM) – Member ID: 89706. I adhere to the ISM Members' Code of Conduct, as well as the ISM Procedures for Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Code of Conduct.

I have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificate registered through Access Personal Checking Services Ltd

I have Teachers' Liability Insurance from Alan Boswell Group. This includes Professional Indemnity and Public and Product Liability insurance.

Coaching Credentials and Professional Development

I am currently working toward formal accreditation as a coach through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) at Practitioner level, with training beginning in November 2025. This will be a comprehensive, multi-year process involving supervision, reflective practice, and assessment.

In the meantime, my coaching practice draws on over 15 years of experience in music education, alongside ongoing professional development in psychology, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practice.

I work ethically and transparently, and I am committed to operating within my current level of competence. I regularly engage in supervision and reflective learning to ensure the quality and integrity of my work.
